Chef Taylor

Chef Dustin Taylor grew up in the Pittsburgh area with a love of the simple pleasures that food could bring.  He started working in restaurants at the age of 15 and never left.  He has worked with some of the world’s greatest chefs, including Daniel Boulud at Café Boulud and Alain Ducasse at Benoit, both in New York City. 

After moving to Los Angeles in 2012, Chef Taylor made his mark at both Comme Ça and as Executive Chef at the seminal Michael’s restaurant in Santa Monica, and eventually opened a new restaurant, The Anchor, in Venice showcasing farm to table fare, featuring pairings with local beer and wine.  Chef Taylor is also the Winner of the Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen,” proving himself to be both a talented chef and a fierce competitor.  He joined The Tangerine Grill and Patio & Nectarine Bar in April 2016, and has just launched his highly-anticipated California-Fresh menu.
